Job Description:

Southern Wind is looking to employ a senior manager to manage aspects of our composites/lamination build.

Reporting to the production co-ordinator, the successful candidate will manage a team within the Lamination Department ensuring that products are manufactured in line with international quality standards and to meet production deadlines,
Duties will include, liaison with the Drawing Office, Quality Control Dept and Senior Production Management to ensure production outputs are met. Duties will include managing employees in line with SW managerial standards, training and development, health and safety compliance, ensuring compliance with housekeeping standards and ensuring team motivation and team work.


Remuneration:
Salary matching experience and industry standards.

 

Job Skills:

Related Diploma / Degree
Min 10 years boat building experience with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role


 

Language:

Fluent in English
