Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and proactive Sustainability Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a technical background or recent graduate who is passionate about environmental impact and eager to apply their analytical skills to the maritime industry. You will play a key role in quantifying our environmental footprint and communicating our sustainability journey both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Life Cycle Analysis (LCA): Support LCA calculations and "number crunching" to evaluate the environmental impact of our materials, manufacturing processes, and yacht operations.
• Sustainability Reporting: Assist in the collection and analysis of data for annual sustainability reports, ensuring accuracy and transparency in our environmental disclosures.
• Internal Awareness: Drive awareness of internal sustainability initiatives, helping to foster a culture of environmental responsibility across different departments.
• Process Improvement: Support the engineering and production teams in identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve energy efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Environmental) or a similar technical field is mandatory.
• Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical and data analysis skills, with the ability to support calculations related to carbon footprinting and material lifecycles.
• Proactive Mindset: An energetic and self-motivated individual who can take initiative and drive projects forward.
• Communication: Ability to translate technical data into clear, engaging information for reporting and internal awareness campaigns.
• Sailing Interest: An interest in sailing yachts and the maritime industry is considered a significant advantage.
